• ID Badges should be returned to the front desk in the main office when you sign out.  If you didn't return your badge after the first visit, please bring it to the library now and it will be waiting for you when you sign-in on the next visit. 
• Post-visit forms should be completed and turned in immediately by each student after every visit.  Sponsors should also complete an evaluation form for each student, but IT IS THE STUDENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT BOTH FORMS ARE RETURNED.  If copies of the forms are not available on the desk when you sign in, they can be downloaded below or picked up from the Library at any time.
• Sign up for an appointment for mentoring on the chart on the Library window.  Mentoring takes 5-10 minutes for each student, but partners can be mentored together if desired.  During mentoring, you will sign up for your next visit date and pick up the permission slip.  No student will be approved to go on the next visit until after the mentoring session.
• Permission slips for the December 1 - 3 visits are due NO LATER THAN Tuesday, November 24. Due to time constraints and the the Thanksgiving break, only students who return their permission slips by this deadline will be approved for the visit.
• Record photos of your visits and email them to me.  We will use them in the display case in the atrium during Teacher Appreciation Week in May.
• Volunteers are needed for our Communications and Business & Finance Committees.  We need at least one sophomore, junior, and senior on each committee.  Communications will handle public relations for our group and Business & Finance will coordinate fundraising.  Let me know by next week if you are interested in being on one of the committees.
